Horomos - Taylar - Kizil Kilise

More on these later but here are some quick notes and images from yesterday...

 That is Horomos, a monastic complex from the 11th to 13th centuries.  It is right on the border with turkey and we walked through old mine fields to get to it.


Inside what was most likely the library.

Lunch of kavurma (google it!), cheese, bread and tangerine.
